Understand our terms for orders, cancellations, and refunds
Introduction
At RUBY Eco Packaging, we deal primarily in bulk and customized packaging products. Due to the nature of our business, our refund and cancellation policies are strictly defined.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before production has started. Once the order is confirmed and production begins, cancellation will not be accepted.
Customized Products
Customized and printed packaging products (with logo, design, or branding) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once approved by the customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged goods received at the time of delivery
- Manufacturing defects
Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Supporting images or proof may be required for verification.
Replacement Policy
In case of eligible issues, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Delay caused by logistics or courier partners
- Minor color/print variation in customized products
- Change of mind after order confirmation
Payment Terms
Advance payments made for bulk or custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
